Here’s how this N.J. driver, 97, disputed a NYC parking ticket to get a win

Al Gerber thought his 97-year-old mom would have no choice but to pay what they called a wrongful parking ticket.

The ticket was issued on Dec. 30, 2021 in Harlem to a gray SUV, documents show.
